Bergen Outlet does not ship. All orders are picked up in person or delivered locally.

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
Saturday by appointment

We will contact you once your order is ready and arrange a pickup time. Please bring a vehicle appropriate for the item and help for loading if needed. Appliances are heavy and we recommend bringing a second person.

Delivery
Delivery options are available upon request. Contact us with your item and address and we will let you know what we can arrange and what it costs.

Before you pick up
Please confirm the unit fits your space and that your hookups match the requirements in the listing. Measurements and power, water, gas, and venting requirements are noted on every listing, and we are happy to confirm anything before you come.
